OPPORTUNITIES FOR UNDER 21

​

Virtual Trials for the Samoa Netball World Youth Cup Under 21 team

​

Assumptions:

 

• Borders will not be open before the end of the year. Therefore, the normal process of trials is NOT POSSIBLE.

​

Netball Samoa:

​

• Being proactive and we do not want to be left behind.

​

​

VIRTUAL TRIAL PROCESS

​

• Must meet the eligibility criteria - parent or grandparent born in Samoa and/ or a Samoa Passport Holder and meet the age eligibility. The player must be under 21 as of the 31st December 2020.

​

• Must meet the Performance Standards of four fitness tests.

​

• Technical video footage of the player's netball skills in a game of 60 minutes. Looking at individual skills and the player must select the best footage from their school/ club game.

​

• A registration form which includes three questions for the player to provide responses of 250-350 words per question.

​

• All of the above must be sent to Netball Samoa office no later than 29th September 2020.
